About Me
Yasmin Iriel Frione
Yasmin Iriel is a dancer, acrobat, choreographer, and teacher of Argentine-Italian origin. A graduate of the Ballet Junior de Genève, where she worked on repertoire by choreographers such as Hofesh Shechter, Maguy Marin, Rachid Ouramdane, Thomas Hauert, Olivier Dubois, and Alexander Ekman, establishing a foundation deeply connected to European contemporary creation.
As a performer, she has worked as a full-time dancer with the national company UNSAM Danza and has collaborated with companies and projects in Europe, Asia, and Latin America including Alias Company (Switzerland), Cia. Araiz (Argentina), Kinema CIA (Argentina), Art Bora Kim's Project (South Korea), Wonderground Company (Spain), Vanholzers (Austria), Dans Invitro (Spain), and Mia Habbib (France), interpreting creations by choreographers and directors such as Oscar Araiz, Guilherme Botelho, Tom Weksler, Roser Tutusaus, and Raphael Miro Holzer, among others.

In addition to her work as a performer, Yasmin is a choreographer and founder of The System Company, a project that has presented its works in major venues and festivals in both Europe and South America, receiving awards, support, and grants. Her creations include the trilogy Sistemas de Fuga, Retro Vision, and Ecce Femme, performing from 2021 to the present.
She also shares her workshop Movimiento 360° internationally, being invited on numerous occasions to festivals, companies, and training programs such as B12 Research Or Die (Berlin), Descalzinha (Madrid), Bluebox (Vienna), Tanzhaus (Zurich), NunArt (Barcelona), Tanzfaktur (Cologne), Accademia Kataklò (Milan), Marameo (Berlin), SIC Dance Festival (Salento), Danseu (Tarragona), among many others.
Her current research focuses on the intersection of contemporary dance, acrobatics, and physical dramaturgy.
